Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase! Please make your eyewear selection carefully as prescription eyewear is custom made.   We don’t anticipate problems occurring, but in the rare event that it does, please be assured that we make every effort to make it right. That said, refunds are occasionally necessary.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refunds will be given on orders cancelled within 24 hours of the order date. After this time the order will be in production.
• If the request for a refund is within 45 days, $99 will be deducted from the refund for a restocking fee.
• After 45 days, no refunds will be given on glasses.
• A one-time glasses remake is complimentary. Additional remakes may incur a charge.
• There is a 90-day refund/exchange policy on unopened contact lens boxes.
