Lisa began working in the optical field in 1984, never imagining she would build such a fulfilling career as an optician. In 1995, she joined Pittsburgh Primary Eyecare (formerly Siegel Eyecare Associates) as an optician, where she has had the pleasure of helping and getting to know generations of patient families. Over the years, Lisa has become a favorite among patients, who often request her by name thanks to her deep knowledge of opticianry and the strong relationships she has built. In 2015, she transitioned into the role of Practice Manager and hasn’t looked back since!

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 35 years and two grandsons, Sawyer and Wyatt. She enjoys going to all of her grandsons’ sporting events, which include soccer, basketball, and baseball. Family time is important to her, and she loves laughing and spending quality time together. Fall is her favorite season because she can enjoy the beautiful fall tree colors while taking long drives.

I started with them when it was "Seigel & Portnoy" and had followed Dr. Portnoy here after he left a practice in Munhall.  When Dr. Portnoy left here I decided to stay with Dr. Seigel because I felt they kept current with the latest advances in Ophthalmology.  I also wore contact lenses for many years and Dr. Seigel was a contact lens specialist.  Since Dr. Seigel has retired I transitioned to Dr. Bressler.  He provides an extremely thorough exam and explains information in an understandable way.  He answers any questions that I have and spends an appropriate amount of time with me.  I continue to be extremely pleased with "Pittsburgh Primary Eyecare".

He even stopped typing and looked at me, felt really seen and heard. He did not rush me, office girls are very friendly and helpful. Office even has coffee and water if needed.Thanks

Dr. Bressler and everyone I worked with during my visit were efficient, thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable, and highly professional. All the instruments are modern and in great shape. On top of getting my vision checked, they captured stunningly high quality images of my retinal vasculature and macula to make sure all was healthy.
