Dr. Tolomei is excited to return to her hometown and provide eye care to the Pittsburgh community. She enjoys cooking and trying new foods, traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and family.
My interest in vision began at a young age while spending time with my mother, a teacher of visually impaired children in Pittsburgh. While in school, I worked as an assistant for an eye doctor and loved working so closely with patients in such a fascinating field, so I decided to become an optometrist!
Eye health involves more than just seeing clearly. Regular exams can reveal early signs of conditions that affect overall wellness. This practice strives to have the latest advanced technology which allows us to detect eye diseases earlier and prevent vision loss before it starts. I love that our team offers such specialized treatment plans and services for our patients!
