Dr. Bressler graduated from Penn State and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. In 2008, he traveled to Haiti to provide eye care to patients in need. His externships included rotations at Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV, and the pediatric clinic at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society. When not providing eye care, Dr. Bressler is an active Pittsburgh sports fan and fisherman.
My greatest satisfaction in working with patients comes from guiding them through the many options available to optimize their vision and maintain their eye health. For instance, the contact lenses that may be ideal for someone in their twenties are not always the most suitable choice for someone in their sixties—and the same is true for glasses. Our focus is on understanding how each patient uses their vision in daily life, so we can recommend the lenses that will provide the best experience and outcomes.
